Missing Order
While most orders arrive on time, there are rare occasions when packages may be delayed or go missing during transit.
In line with our courier’s policies, we are unable to investigate or claim for a missing parcel until 10 working days have passed since dispatch. We kindly ask for your patience during this period. If your package has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact support@cardcarvery.com, and a member of the team will assist you in assessing your eligibility for a full refund.
Please note: To process claims for items lost in transit, you will be required to complete and sign any and all documentation required by the delivery company.

Unwanted ItemIf you wish to return an unwanted item, we’re happy to offer a full refund, provided the product remains unopened in its original retail packaging. Returns must be requested within 28 days of receiving the item. To begin the process, please contact support@cardcarvery.com. A team member will provide you with a Return Reference Code (RRC) and detailed return instructions. Please ensure you include your Return Reference Code (RRC) with your item. Returns without an RRC may be rejected or result in significant delays in processing your refund.
